We currently ship across India from our facility in Erode, Tamil Nadu. Below are our shipping zones, charges and estimated delivery timelines.

• Tamil Nadu: ₹40 flat rate · Free above ₹599 · 1–3 business days
• South India (Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Puducherry): ₹70 flat rate · Free above ₹799 · 2–5 business days
• Rest of India: ₹99 flat rate · Free above ₹999 · 4–8 business days

Exact shipping charges and delivery estimates for your address are calculated automatically at checkout based on your pincode.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most serviceable pincodes, shown at checkout. A small number of remote pincodes may only support prepaid orders due to courier limitations.

Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by weather, regional logistics disruptions, or public holidays. We'll keep you informed via WhatsApp/email if your order is delayed.
