Because our cold pressed oils, jaggery and traditional organic products are consumable food items, we handle returns carefully to maintain hygiene and quality for all customers. Please read this policy before requesting a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items delivered are eligible for a full refund or replacement, regardless of the seal
Non-Returnable Situations
- Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal (except in cases of damage or defect)
- Change of mind after the product has been consumed or partially used
- Delay in delivery caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout
How to Request a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or the Contact page within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the product (for damaged/defective items). Our team will review your request and share the next steps.
Refund Timeline
Once a return is approved and the item is received back (if applicable), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please share clear photos within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or the Contact page. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required in these cases.
